Ā Ā Ā Ā We are a family with enthusiasm to meet new people, share our culture, food habits and life style.
The seniors of family, my parents, are fond of gardening, growing vegetables at home garden and eager to meet new people and share stories of local life, food habits, food and culture.
After working in Delhi for almost 10 years with MBA in tourism, started a travel company in 2015. The inclination for staying at hometown and following interest for wildlife and birds developed the idea of setting up a home stay and safari service. So we added two extra rooms in summers of 2016 to my parentās home rooftop for bird photographers
Ā coming to Tal Chhapar and Jorbeed. It was 10 km away from the Tal Chhapar Sanctuary. Later the plan to set up āRaptors Innā opposite sanctuary gate grown and we started operations at current location in 2018.
Initially we started managing on our own with my wife cooking and managing in house services and me doing the safari. After a year thanks to support and motivation from our guests, we needed to involve our neighbours with Ms. Gori helping in kitchen and Mr. Girdhari ji going on safaris to get trained. Both of them are the pillars and managing the whole team which has grown up to 10 people now.
With positive vibes and good efforts for local livelihood development and conservation for local wildlife, Raptors Inn team has got many rewards and recognitions;
We have been awarded Gold category (first place) award by Rajasthan Tourism and Outlook at Indian Responsible Tourism Awards 2022.
Following year Raptors Inn was awarded at national level as one of the best home stay in India (among top four).
